Acceptable use

1. Scope

This policy applies to everyone using ClearPath Risk & Compliance AI and this website. It forms part of our terms of service.

2. You must not

• Use the platform to carry out or facilitate anything unlawful, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud or mortgage fraud.
• Upload data you do not have the right to process, or personal data without a lawful basis.
• Present AI-generated output as reviewed professional work without a qualified person having reviewed it.
• Attempt to bypass approval controls on irreversible actions, including accepting a client and filing a suspicious activity report.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, benchmark for publication, or attempt to extract model weights, prompts or agent definitions.
• Probe, scan or test the security of the platform without our prior written consent, or interfere with its availability.
• Share account credentials, or give access to anyone outside the licensed firm.

3. Reporting

Report suspected misuse or a security vulnerability to hello@clearpathgroup.ai. We will acknowledge within one business day and will not pursue good-faith security research reported to us privately and without data exfiltration.

4. Enforcement

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, and will notify the firm's nominated contact. Serious or repeated breach may lead to termination under the terms of service.
