Careers at ClearPath AI · Birmingham · London

Build the AI the professions
will run on.

ClearPath is setting the standard for AI in legal, property and financial services, and expanding fast. Twenty roles are open across every discipline, for people who intend to lead their field rather than keep pace with it.

Open roles

Twenty roles. Eight disciplines. One standard.

More law firms, estate agents and brokers move to ClearPath every month. We are hiring the people who will carry that forward — and we hire for the top of each discipline, not the middle.

01 — Commercial

Winning and growing the firms that run on ClearPath.

Business Development Managers

Taking ClearPath to more law firms, estate agents, mortgage brokers and professional services businesses — and winning them.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Own a territory and a pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Open conversations with firm owners, managing partners and heads of department — the people who decide.
  • Run discovery properly: understand how a firm works before proposing anything.
  • Demonstrate the platform and translate what it does into what it is worth to that firm.
  • Work with Marketing on campaigns, events and sector messaging, and feed the market back into Product.

What we’re looking for

  • A proven record of winning new business in B2B software, professional services or a regulated sector.
  • Credibility with senior professionals — you can hold a room of partners.
  • Command of a considered sales cycle, not a transactional one.
  • A sharp view on how AI changes professional work, and the honesty to describe it accurately.
  • The drive to own a territory outright and be measured on what you win.

Account Managers

Owning our customer relationships at senior level, and growing them.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Own a portfolio of customer firms as their senior commercial contact.
  • Build relationships well beyond the original buyer — across departments, offices and seniority.
  • Run reviews that evidence value delivered, not activity performed.
  • Identify and close expansion: more users, more departments, further platforms.
  • Lead renewals, and bring risk to the surface early rather than late.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong B2B account management, ideally with professional or regulated firms.
  • Commercial instinct paired with real service — you grow accounts by being useful.
  • The confidence to handle a hard conversation without losing the relationship.
  • Organisation across many accounts at once.
  • Fluency in the legal, property or financial sectors.

02 — Customer

Making every customer succeed, then keeping them that way.

Customer Success Managers

Driving adoption from go-live onwards, and making the platform indispensable.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Own adoption from go-live: make sure the platform is used, not merely bought.
  • Train teams — partners, fee earners, negotiators, advisers, support staff — in their own language.
  • Track usage and outcomes, and intervene the moment adoption stalls.
  • Build the playbooks, guides and sessions that let the next customer succeed faster.
  • Be the customer’s voice internally, with specifics rather than impressions.

What we’re looking for

  • Customer success, training or consulting experience in software or professional services.
  • A talent for teaching — you can make an unfamiliar system feel obvious.
  • Persistence with firms where change is genuinely hard.
  • Command of the data: you can tell real adoption from surface activity.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK.

Customer Support Managers

Owning the support experience, and setting a standard customers notice.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Own day-to-day support: triage, resolution, escalation and communication.
  • Set and hold response and resolution standards our customers can rely on.
  • Diagnose properly — distinguish a misunderstanding, a configuration issue and a defect.
  • Build the knowledge base so the same question is never answered twice from scratch.
  • Spot patterns in tickets and take them to Product and Engineering with evidence.

What we’re looking for

  • Support experience in a software or technology business, ideally B2B.
  • Technical enough to investigate before escalating.
  • Clear, calm written English under pressure.
  • Ownership — you close the loop rather than pass it on.
  • Process instinct: you improve the system, not just the ticket.

03 — Delivery

Getting firms live, configured and working.

Implementation Managers

Taking customers from signature to go-live, on time and without drama.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Run onboarding projects end to end, with a plan, a timeline and named owners.
  • Configure the platform to how each firm actually works — workflows, templates, permissions, teams.
  • Coordinate integrations with the systems a firm already runs, alongside Engineering.
  • Manage data migration and the first weeks of live use.
  • Hand over cleanly to Customer Success with nothing left undocumented.

What we’re looking for

  • Implementation, onboarding or project delivery experience with business software.
  • Project discipline — several go-lives at once, none of them dropped.
  • Technical confidence with configuration, data and integrations.
  • The authority to keep a firm calm and moving through a change it finds disruptive.
  • Legal, property or financial services experience is an advantage, not a requirement.

04 — Product

Deciding what we build, and why.

Product Managers

Deciding what ClearPath builds next, and being right.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Own a product area from problem through to what shipped and what it changed.
  • Gather requirements first-hand — from customers, from our own specialists, from usage.
  • Decide what we build next, and defend why, including what we are not doing.
  • Write specifications precise enough for Engineering to build from without guessing.
  • Work with Design and Engineering through delivery, then measure what actually happened.

What we’re looking for

  • Product management experience in B2B software, ideally in a regulated domain.
  • The judgement to say no, and the clarity to explain it.
  • A real grasp of how professional work is done, and where AI changes it.
  • Fluency with engineers without needing to be one.
  • The authority to set direction and the evidence to back it.

05 — Marketing

Putting ClearPath in front of the people who decide.

Marketing Managers

Owning the campaigns, content and launches behind our next stage of growth.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

What you’ll own

  • Plan and run campaigns across our sectors, from positioning through to pipeline.
  • Write and commission content that senior professionals will actually read.
  • Own product launches end to end, with Product and Commercial.
  • Lead our presence at industry events and conferences.
  • Build the sales collateral — decks, one-pagers, case material — and keep it accurate.

What we’re looking for

  • B2B marketing experience, ideally software sold to professional or regulated firms.
  • A strong writer. This matters more than any other single skill here.
  • The range to run campaigns end to end rather than brief them out.
  • Numerate about what worked and what did not.
  • Breadth — this role spans content, events, digital and sales enablement.

06 — Engineering

Building the AI and the platforms it runs on.

Software & AI Engineers

Building the AI, the applications and the infrastructure behind every ClearPath platform.

Birmingham · hybridFull timeMultiple positions

  • Build and improve the AI systems that read, reason over and act on professional work.
  • Develop the applications our customers use every day.
  • Build integrations with the systems firms already run.
  • Work on the infrastructure, security and reliability underneath all of it.
  • Own what you build, through to production and beyond.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, whatever your stack.
  • Experience with modern AI systems — language models, retrieval, evaluation, agentic workflows.
  • Care about correctness. Our output is relied on for regulated professional work.
  • Pragmatism about shipping, and the judgement to know when not to.
  • Appetite for a hard domain where the detail genuinely matters.
